Pet Policy
Bring your furry family member along! One dog or one cat per home. NO PET RENT! Upon move-in, a one time refundable pet deposit of $150 and a one time non-refundable pet fee of $150. All pets must be over one year in age. Breed restrictions apply. Ashelyn Court Apartments simply requests your cats be spayed or neutered and your dogs be no more than 30 lbs.
Service/Companion Animals do not require pet rent, deposit or non-refundable pet fee but are required to abide by pet policies and must be registered with the office.
